fwcpan - generate FrugalBuild script for a Perl CPAN module

== SYNOPSIS

fwcpan [options] [<module>]

== OPTIONS

--help::
	Display this manpage.

-i, --install::
	Build and install the package after creating the FrugalBuild.

--version::
	Display the package version.

The optional <module> parameter is needed unless you use -v or -i.

Example:
